Once You Are Successful

If we make you an offer of SFI grant, you’ll receive a formal written offer from us.  You can download the standard terms and conditions of this offer below.

These terms and conditions will be specific to your project and you’ll be able to discuss how these can best meet your needs with your SFI Project Manager.

Claiming Your Grant

When you have met the triggers to claim your first and subsequent grant instalments (as outlined in your offer letter) you will need to complete a grant claim form.  This will be sent to you via email by your SFI Contract Manager at your request.  You will need to complete the claim form and have it and your project spend and jobs audited by an independent accountant, who will also need to provide a certificate to confirm the details of your claim.  You can find out what this certificate looks like by looking at the standard terms and conditions of the offer.  It’s normal for an accountant to make a charge for this service, which can cost around £1,000 (this figure depends on the amount of work the accountant will have to do to audit the project).

To help you complete the claim paperwork, we’ve put together a guide to putting together a successful claim.  You can download it below.
