North West Regional Assembly Annual Conference 2008

This year's North West Regional Conference will examine the history, achievements and future of our region and its governance will be analysed, discussed and debated.

The Conference will be themed around the 'The Past, The Present and The Future' of the region and will also encourage delegates to look at the North West in general and examine how we were, are and could (or should) be in the future.

Guest speaker will be the Rt Hon Richard Caborn MP.

Other sessions will examine the issues challenging the North West today, and look ahead to the changes the Government's Sub-National Review will mean for the region.
