Annual Report 2006 Chairman’s Statement
Since the launch of the last Regional Economic Strategy (RES) in 2003, England’s Northwest has made significant progress. During this time, the Agency has done much to provide economic leadership and I am pleased to introduce this publication that outlines our most notable achievements in 2005 and 2006.
