Professor Sir Martin
Harris is Deputy Chairman of the NWDA. He was formerly Vice
Chancellor of the University of Manchester, he is now Chancellor of
the University of Salford and Chair of USS Limited. He is also
Chair of Manchester Knowledge Capital and the Director of the
Office for Fair Access, which promotes fair access to higher
education.
