The provision and management of construction management services
for property projects for the Agency and its partners. The
delivery of complex projects by the provision of expert analysis
and advice. Whilst the role itself does not have a broad
management span by necessity it is a significant requirement for
this role to deliver direct management of consultants and delivery
teams including the direction of professional staff in delivering
the project, as such there is significant management breadth within
the role. Additionally the post holder will be required to
bring together teams and work with partners to ensure effective
contract and project delivery.
